Dog Days of Buckeye returns for furry, family fun
The sixth annual Dog Days of Buckeye returns to Sundance Park on March 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free, family friendly, four-legged family is like bringing your dog to a canine amusement park.
You and your pup can participate in a variety of dog activities like lure coursing, or sign up that day for one of the many canine contests and see if your dog has the longest ears or tail, is the fastest small dog, or just play musical chairs.
Plus, check out the variety of pet related vendors, learn how you can support local dog rescue groups or even adopt a new furry family member.
You can also check out demonstrations from the Buckeye Police K9 unit and Phoenix Disc Dogs. Be sure to stop by the popular Dog Kissing Booth too!
Vendor applications are still available too.
Sundance Park is location at 22865 W. Lower Buckeye Road. For more event details, please visit buckeyeaz.gov/dogdays
