Find out if good will triumph over evil in the dastardly tale of “Much To Do About Something”, at Buckeye’s 51st Annual Melodrama, Friday, April 6 and 7, 7 p.m. at Youngker High School Performing Arts Center, 3000 S. Apache Road, Buckeye, AZ.
A young woman and her companion show up in the town of Sundance Crossings, and it is soon apparent that Dee Lyte and Ann Teek are looking for something special. Will the town’s nefarious inn proprietor, Noah Count, and his henchman be able to find out what it is and abscond with the special “something”?
Plus, there’s a dubious gunslinger, a forgetful postman and host of diverse townspeople and new stranger in town observing all the deceit, greed and mayhem surrounding Sundance Crossings. As the mystery uncoils, learn who may or may not change the outcome of their plan and which characters will help or hurt them.
Find out the answers and join in the fun as the audacious sign girl encourages audience participation at this family-friendly theatrical extravaganza written by Carol and Steve Rugh!
